A member of my team recently sold a full-floor condo at the new Residences at The St. Regis.
The home is on the 91st floor and is approx. 5800 sq. ft. with amazing 360-degree views of the entire city from floor-to-ceiling windows!
This is in a section of the building called the 'Sky Homes.' Each home is custom-finished by the buyer.
I have been selling real estate for over 20 years in Chicago and I have never seen such a condo.
If I won the lottery I would head over to their sales center with my checkbook today!
