The sellers had just welcomed a new baby and made the heartfelt decision to leave Chicago to be closer to extended family. They loved their home, but it was time for a new support system and a fresh start. Once they were safely on their way out of state, they handed me the keys and trusted me to handle every detail from Chicago.
⭐️ Preparing a perfect debut
From there, my team and I took over. We had the loft painted to refresh the space, brought in a professional cleaning crew, and then carefully staged every room so the home would photograph and show at its absolute **best**. The result was a warm, welcoming, and impeccably styled 1-bedroom timber loft with soaring ceilings and classic Haberdasher character, ready for its debut online and in person.
⭐️ Marketing that reached beyond Chicago
Once the staging was complete, we scheduled professional photography and a detailed 3D video tour so buyers could experience the home from anywhere. That 3D tour turned out to be crucial: our eventual buyer was out of state and first toured the condo virtually before ever booking a flight to Chicago.
