Is the security of your home important to you?
Most would say yes! As an agent, I do feel the utmost responsibility to keep your home safe & secure.
I went to a condo building today that had 18 lockboxes hanging on the fence. (only 80 units in the whole building.)
A very bad look for the building and a big-time waster for agents who are on a schedule.
Not to mention the terrible security issue this particular case caused.
Not only for the building but also for this seller. I know there is a good place for lockboxes in our industry, but this is not it.
