When I first started in real estate, I thought I understood how sellers viewed the listing process. I thought service was the same across the board. But then a client said something in the middle of a listing presentation that stopped me in my tracks.

They asked a simple question:

Somehow, a rumor started that if a home is priced under a certain amount, the agent might “do less.” That is absolutely false. And because of that one client’s honesty, I realized I needed to say it loud and say it clearly:
