Paying over asking?

Paying over asking?

Sometimes buyers have a hard time going over the asking price with their offer. They feel they are overpaying for the property.
But when there are many offers you almost always have to. If you want the home.

You need to remember why you are putting in an offer. Because you do want the home!

Some agents underprice their listings to promote multiple offers. In that case, you are definitely not overpaying.
But you could end up paying a little more than you think it is worth. If you love the home, isn't it worth it?

Is it better to get a deal on a home that you don't love?

You have to ask yourself, do you want a home you love?
Or do you just want a deal?
