In a lot of ways, the real estate industry in Chicago is small. If you have been in the business as long as I have you get to know most of the full-time agents. 👯♂️
Because you end up spending so much time with them, they become friends outside of business.
And friends just make life better! ♥️
Because you have so many shared experiences, it is easy to drift into a social relationship.
Many work for other companies. It doesn’t matter.
It’s important to meet with them outside of business.
Although you do end up spending a lot of time talking business!
But eventually, the conversation turns social.
