Would you want an Open House sign in front of your home or building? We all see open house signs everywhere on weekends. Of course, if your realtor is having an open house you would want a sign in front. Assuming that is the best way to attract a buyer. But is it? Sometimes what seems like a good thing can go very wrong! This may change your mind. 🏠
